I’m trying to understand how if a property is leaned against how it’s sold to another without having to pay the lien.

Will have to make major investments such as a water well costing 12-15 thousand, electrical $10-12 thousands and septics $5-6 thousands in all close to $30,000 and you’re paying just for the land less than $10,000 .
Ancillary costs are always a part of buying property if you plan to live there.

There's a an empty large space in Denver I want to build on but there's no address it's unowned and not a sign of ownership on it. Should I go ahead and call a land dealer for it?
I know there are a few websites out there that will show you parcel information for free. It's unlikely that it's unowned, but can't hurt to look!
